Certain features or workflows within BloomVision may require event credits.
• Event credits may be included with subscription plans or purchased separately
• Event credits may be consumed when creating, duplicating, exporting, presenting, or managing events within the platform
• Event credits may expire, rollover, or be subject to usage limits depending on your subscription plan
• Event credits have no cash value and are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by BloomVision

Pricing, event credit allocations, and feature availability may change at any time and are managed through our billing provider, Stripe. Certain features or workflows within BloomVision may require event credits.

BloomVision may include features powered by artificial intelligence (“AI”), machine learning systems, large language models (“LLMs”), automated recommendation systems, and third-party AI providers.
These features may generate or assist with floral mockups, event designs, images, written content, recommendations, pricing guidance, floral recipes, workflow automation, and conversational interactions.

All templates, floral images, and software features provided through BloomVision are the exclusive property of BloomVision Solutions,LLC. You may use them solely within the scope of your subscription and for the purpose of designing events for your clients.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content or software offered on the platform. AI-generated outputs may not qualify for copyright or intellectual property protection under applicable law.

Users may upload or generate content within the Service, including images, inspiration assets, floral designs, event information, mockups, and related materials (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content. By uploading or generating content within BloomVision, you grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
